The Website can be used for payment of service fees, utilities, and any other charges related to the management of the community, compliance with community rules, or required by law, and in accordance with the Property Agreement.
Currency for all transactions is AED unless stated otherwise. Ensure that your payment is received correctly and on time. We accept no liability for incorrect, rejected, or declined payments. You are responsible for any additional fees and charges related to declined credit card payments. Notify us immediately of any failed transaction or technical issues with the Website.
If any transaction is found to be incorrect, unauthorized, or fraudulent, payment may be reversed, and payments remain due. Payment transactions are processed on the day the transaction is submitted, except for transactions submitted on weekends or non-working weekdays, which will be processed on the next working weekday. Upon receiving funds in our bank account, we will issue a proper receipt. All transactions will be processed without delay, but we disclaim liability for processing delays.
Refunds for payments (if applicable) made through the Website are subject to the terms and conditions of the Property Agreement. Duplicate or excess payments will be adjusted against future invoices. Maintain documentation of payment through the Website.
Terms of Advertisements Outside the United Arab Emirates
All purchases will be in Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED), regardless of the currency displayed in ads. Currency fluctuations may affect the amounts listed on ads in currencies other than AED. To confirm the purchase price in AED, contact our Sales Centre.
Purchases will be subject to a separate Property Agreement with its own terms and conditions. Amounts due under the Property Agreement will be listed in AED and payable in AED.
Linking to the Website and Social Media Features
You may link to any page in a fair and legal manner that does not damage our reputation or imply any association, approval, or endorsement on our part. The Website may offer social media features that enable you to:

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The laws of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, govern these Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising from or related to them, including non-contractual disputes or claims. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising from these Terms of Use or the Website must be filed exclusively in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
